This activity confines itself to the identification of suitable candidates. By observing the greatest confidentiality, we carry out a direct search and provide our clients with a pre-selection of candidates assessed on the basis of agreed-on requirements. The process includes the following steps:
•Job description analysis, to determine the candidates’ professional and personal requirements; identification of candidates;
•Preliminary telephone contact with candidates, in order to assess their interest in the position and obtain authorisation to submit their CVs;
•Handling of privacy law requirements; delivery of CVs to the client, who will proceed to the next stages of the selection independently.
