We operate under a typical head-hunting approach, with potential candidates who are not necessarily seeking a job, as they may be already employed with other companies. It is our job to arouse their interest and motivate them to undergo the selection process. When requested, the process can include the administration of psycho- aptitude and personality tests. We regard the use of tests as a high value-added tool, as we believe that it allows to overcome a typical vertical bias of management, according to which success can only be ensured within a person’s sector of experience. By means of psychological and personality assessments, we give companies the possibility to sometimes import expertise and know-how developed in different sectors, often with better results.
The outcome of the selection will be delivered to the client in the form of a report. A short list of 3-4 candidates will be presented within 4-5 weeks from the date of engagement.
We do not work on a pay-per-success basis, but undertake a professional commitment to assist our clients until all their set objectives have been successfully achieved. For this purpose, we provide a warranty clause whereby we undertake to repeat the recruiting process at no additional cost in the event that a candidate withdraws or is not confirmed at the end of the trial period.
We operate and accept to be engaged only on an exclusive basis.
We abide by non-competition agreements, and make it our obligation not to contact the employees of client companies for a period not less than two years from the latest engagement contract.
We respect the greatest confidentiality. Information concerning our clients or candidates will never be disclosed except by their specific and express authorisation.
