Maria Antonietta Rinaldi, Mary, comes from Apulia and has lived in Lombardy for 2003. The daughter of entrepreneurs, she graduated in Psychology from La Sapienza University of Rome, and did post-graduate studies in Industrial Psychology, focusing on supporting interpersonal relations within corporate organisations. For several years, Mary developed her professional experience working for prime consulting companies in the service of large corporations and industrial groups, among which Trenitalia, RFI, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Enel, Fidia, Mellin, with a preferential focus on tourism and hospitality, being in charge of projects for high-end groups and renowned hotels of the Capital. Her strong propensity for entrepreneurship and business development has steered her career towards self-employment. Operating as a head-hunter, she assures her clients an integrated management of complex processes, and a clear focus on fast and efficient performance.
Silvia Curti, comes from Milan, graduated in Business Economics from Bocconi University, where she also attended a Master in Tourism and Economics. After a first experience as a researcher at the same University, in 2002 she became Tutor and then Coordinator of the Master in Tourism and Economics, in charge of the development of to the Internship and Placement program. Hence the passion for Human Resources and Head Hunting that, in 2008, pushes me to pursue a career as a consultant, still maintaining a position as Adjunct Professor at the Master.
Over the past 7 years I was involved in head hunting activity of middle and top managers for prime companies and industrial groups, with a preferential focus on the hotel sector.
The pragmatic imprinting and the knowledge of the dynamics of this sector, which always involves me, allow me to quickly focus the needs of customers and help them finding the resources they’re looking for.
