Individual and group assessment

This set of assessment actions allows to evaluate candidates’ aptitudes, skills and potential by means of a number of tools (including tests, group exercises, role playing, individual interviews, and more).

Our consultants will perform a predictive assessment of the suitability and potential of a candidate for any single position or career pathway.

The following aspects are considered:

•Intellectual skills (problem solving, decision making, responsiveness to change, flexibility of thinking, learning modes, creativity and innovation);

• Managerial skills (leadership, organisational, strategic, risk management and acceptance of responsibility);

• Relational skills (communication, interpersonal relationship management, employee development, listening skills, emotional balance).

Assessment sessions can be conducted for both new hires and existing employees who need assessment in view
of repositioning within the company, as part of career development.
